Cycling on Shared Paths and in Pedestrianised Zones

Cyclists and pedestrians are natural allies in wanting and needing safe and attractive routes around the city. With more people cycling, and more shared use paths being developed, it is important that cyclists behave responsibly. We all benefit from courteous cycling. There are no rules defined in the highway code on the use of such paths by cyclists or pedestrians. ACF working with Aberdeen city Council and other stakeholders has published a code of conduct on the use of shared paths, you can download a copy here
