North Deeside Road - New Cycle Lanes

Aberdeen City Council (ACC) has recently extended the cycle lanes on the North Deeside Road from Milltimber to Peterculter village. As the lane extensions go through several taffic islands the new council policy (as fought for by ACF) of wider lanes and Red "textureflex " surfacing has been used.
This was carried out at the beginning of April (just) within the 2007/8 financial year, after installation ACF performed an audit (report PDF, 1.1Mb), a number of changes have now been made. Do you use the new lanes - do you have any feedback? Please use use the form below to let us know, before you write a couple of points...
- There are currently no lanes through the "Tor na dee junction" as ACF understands this will become a signal controlled jucntion later this year
- The existing lanes that are getting patchy, sadly we can't get the budget spent on this, but will keep lobbying- why not use the the road fault reporting form, to let ACC know, the more reports the more likely it is to be re-painted
